The kitchen area is fully equipped with all the appliances you will need, a large American style fridge/freezer with automatic icemaker, fully automatic electric cooker, microwave, dishwasher,coffee machine and ample cupboard space which contains all necessary quality cutlery and kitchen utensils.
The laundry area has a washing machine and tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.
As you can see from the virtual tour the open plan living room and dining area like the rest of the villa has a modern and tasteful decor. The Kitchen patio doors give access to the gorgeous screened pool/spa are.

Sleeping
The villa comprises 4 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 2 twin. The Master Bedroom has en-suite facilities. This gives room for up to 8 people. Quality Bed linen and towels are provided.
Entertainment
The villa has multi-channel cable TV, DVDs, portable music system for CDs, PS2 and radio. Telephones allow for free local calls, 911 (emergency) and incoming calls.
Free wireless broadband internet connection gives access to the world wide web and can also be used for FREE internet based phone calls (Skype, MSN, Messenger etc).

This is a strictly non-smoking villa.
Pets
No pets allowed.
Wheelchairs
Property is suitable for wheelchairs
as it is a single level home and has easy access and private parking.
Outside the Holiday Villa
The villa is in a very quiet area. It has a private south-east facing swimming pool, spa and patio area, with unobstructed water and conservation views.

The Surrounding Area
Liberty Village is just 10 minutes away from the main Highway 192 where you will find an abundance of shops, shopping malls, supermarkets (Wal-Mart), restaurants, banks and a medical centre.
A few miles more will take you to all the famous Disney Theme Parks and attractions. (See our 'Links' page.)
The East Coast is just a 50 minutes drive away. There you will find Cocoa Beach, Daytona Beach and The Kennedy Space Center.
A two hour drive will take you to the beautiful West Coast beaches of Clearwater and St Petersburg as well as the fascinating Busch Gardens Theme Park.
Closer to home (45 mins) Cypress Gardens Theme & Water Park is well worth a visit. As is Gatorland (15 mins)
For a touch of retail therapy,a visit to the Florida Mall, The Mall at Millenia, Orlando Premium Outlets, Prime Outlet or the nearby Loop shopping mall.
For the adventure seekers, why not hire a Harley (Kissimmee Harley), go Wake-Boarding , Jet-Skiing or Sky-Diving.
